Join Rick Baggett in this three day clinic to gain valuable skills and knowledge of the basics and advanced techniques of pole vault and training. Other coach is Natalia Price. Tuesday the 28th ~ 12pm-4pm, Wednesday the 29th ~10am-4pm, and Thursday the 30th ~ 10am-2pm.

About the event
I will be presenting my ideas on Speed, Strength, Power, Physical development, Jumping Technique, Teaching Skills with their relationship to the event of the pole Vault. I will be using video, lecture,demonstration and participation. The participants will have a multitude of different drills and activites to add to their lists.... Don't miss this opportunity!
