Pre-Season Speed Training

Saturdays at 1-3pm in January and February with coach Scott McCoy

Cost: $100 per month. $180 for both months! ($5 transaction fee added)

Get ready for the upcoming Spring Season by increasing your speed and conditioning. Weekly sessions will give you the technical base, with weekly "homework" to build a conditioning base. These sessions will be sport agnostic, so no matter which sport you train for you're welcome to join!
