Come have the opportunity to do the training we don't have time for during the week. Coach Prouty will take you from basic Tumbling activities to Swing mechanics on the Bars, Rings and rope. Help your strength and Coordination alot during these times...
Saturday sessions going for the Fall and Winter. Start times will be at 11 am. Training sessions to go for a full 2 hours.
