Coach Lemen started his career in track and field in 1994. Since that day it he has devoted his life to learning, understanding, and creating a training program for the athletes of the future. Our Philosophy for High Jump stresses Approach, Approach, Approach. It is true that improving your jumping ability through training of strength and technique will allow you to jump higher, but lack of a consistent accurate approach will not allow you to utilize those improvements.
We have high expectations out of our training group this season. All of which are returning except a few. We have also added several new athletes that are fired up about getting better so that they can have an impact for their schools this upcoming 2015 season.
